- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My agent was extremely friendly when setting up my insurance coverage but after that it all pretty much ended. She got me a very good rate through progressive considering my poor driving history. When shopping around for new cars I called and asked her to help me get rates for a variety of different vehicles and never heard back from her. I also asked her to cancel my policy once I chose another provider. She did so for me but never communicated that she had. I was just a single policy owner though so I am sure I was not that important and therefore did not get the attention I desired. Poor communication and customer service.By Cody Garvin, July 29, 2017
